When we launched KlavX, our mission was simple: help retailers connect Lightspeed Retail X to Klaviyo so in-store customers could get the same personalized emails and flows as online shoppers. The result? Higher AOV, more repeat purchases, and smarter marketing.
But something happened. Agencies started asking for more. Retailers wanted Retail Express support. Franchises needed a scalable way to manage multiple stores, not just one integration. Brands were getting stuck building custom APIs or juggling half-baked Zapier setups.
